My sons class are so rude and obnoxious. It seems they do this ONLY to me. They will come up in a group and go "HI TILA!" really dragging out the AHHHHH at he end. If I repond they snicker and gyrate in hilarity. Yesterday I PU my son from GRAD practice, and I travel by bike (DH needs to have the car sitting in a parking lot, call me doormat). The boys surronded me and circled me making comments about my bike as if it were a FERRAI. We all know my bike is a rust bucket. I made a comment in that vein and the again snickered and gyrated. The grad was last nite, and while I was sitting in the hall of theshul talking to my daughter they all started to chant "TILA TILA". I ignored them and they went on to do something else. Any clue how to get them to leave me alone without contacting their parents?????

If they see that youre not responding to them, that takes the fun out of teasing you.

Dont look at them, dont speak to them. NOTHING! if you dont give them what they want then they'll go find some other "fun" thing to do. Or if you feel you must answer them because theyre not leaving you alone, give them curt answers without looking at them. For example, if they ask you if your bike is new, you would answer looking away, yeah, mmmmmhhhh. You know when you have someone pestering you and you want them to leave you alone so you would give them an answer that shows you have no interest in talking to them.
