I dont believe they are in public school, but in a charter school where they teach Hebrew. From my understanding, there are other Jewish kids in the school and they all go for Hebrew lessons together. None of this excuses the behavior of the creepy guy so lets not blame the victim (in this case, FG) for his actions.
