SOTLACHICO
You will need :
1 pack/box of semolina or rice cream
½ litre of cold milk
Put a cup of cold milk aside
Boil the milk with 6 teaspoons of sugar
Add 6 teaspoons of semolina to the cup of cold milk
When the milk is boiling, add slowly the milk with semolina and mix without stopping until it starts boiling again and the cream thickens.
Pour in raviers (small hollow dishes) and sprinkle with cinnamon (you can make drawings)
Put in fridge until it’s really cold. It should look something like
this!

Is this pudding, then, for dessert?
And semolina is kind of like a flour--what's rice cream?

It's generally for dessert or "gouter"/4 pm. But I've learned recently some have it for breakfast.
Not sure what pudding is really, I thought it was cake?
Hooryou: yup, it was his first try at this recipe and turned out (almost) perfect.
