tonight at our supper table my 18 month old daughter picks up her plate off her high chair tray and puts it on the table. then places her fork neatly next to it. takes off her bib and points to her strap. my husband and I were not shure what she was doing, so I unsrapped her and took her down. she then pointed to my seat, so I put her on my seat. she took my fork and started to eat my supper.
we looked at each other and started to laugh.
it's a good thing I didn't buy a second high chair for my son.

they grow up VERRRRRY FAST!!!....I told 5 yr old dd 2 put a robe over her pjs cos it was cold and she replied "I dont have 2 wear it if I dont want 2 - ITS MY BODY!!!"  ...she IS the youngest so I guess shes had 2 learn 2 b assertive!!!  (and just 4 the record shes a total sweetie )
