My husband has Covid. He’s not terribly ill but he’s pretty sick. What’s recommended for now in terms of treatment?

I recently had covid. My Dr recommended paxlovid, but after doing research, I decided against it. Bh I've recovered well after afew days.

Vitamin D, Zinc - don’t know dose or the other vitamins.
Make sure he’s well hydrated.
Plasma treatments don’t work for the current strain.
