I thought I'd find something on chinuch.org or the like but I'm not... looking for something low-prep that I can do to make a 1:1 resource room session more fun for chanukah. My students span grades 1-8 so I'll need a few ideas.
Even a good story I can print out and read together would be helpful! Or riddles, or something.
🙏

Spin the dreidel, what it lands on determines which activity you do, or which kinds of questions get asked.
Do a matching activity. I'm doing one with my first graders this week where something on the candles match something on the flames. Kids have to find the match.
There are tons of Chanukah stories and books, you can Google or visit a kindergarten classroom.
Craft a dreidel. Make a latke recipe page. Look for coloring.
There are tons of possibilities.

I printed out chanuka mad libs and crossword puzzles for my students in grades 5-8
For my younger students I have a chanuka story book, and a game and craft (from amazing savings)

I teach kriah, I don't like to "waste" time during kriah sessions for Chanukah fun, but still want to do something...
For younger kids, I label the lines or whatever they're reading נ ג ה ש, then they spin a dreidel and read whichever line they land on.
Keeps them doing what we have to do, but with something for Chanukah!
I also bring in a small Chanukah treat to give after each session.

Check out Esther Os website, she has a few games and activities. Not sure how many are 1:1 but I am sure some could be adapted.
I saw (somewhere... there?) tic tac toe using two different color dreidels instead of O and X.

Can you please share where you printed the chanukah mad libs from?

You can play bingo...?
Or any game, but you need to answer an academic question before your turn, or something like that
Or leave academics out and just play
