Chiena is a different name. There are many of them in Lubavitch (mainly one big family) - they also spell it Cheyena, Chyena, Chyenna etc.

This is my mother in law’s name. She spells it Cheyene. My mom has a friend whose daughter has this name. She spells it Chienna.
These two are not Lubavitch, and I don’t know anyone Lubavitch with this name, unless it’s a name they don’t use so I wouldn’t know.
