Then many Yiddish names were dimininutives from secular names in their homeland, but twisted a little to separate them as Jewish names
Beilu,baila came from Bella
Keily from Kayla
Henyu, henchu, Hendel from Hannah
Klary from Claire
Gittel probably from Gizelle
Fraide from Freeda

Just like Yiddish language was set up to separate them from non Jewish neighbors and keep their own Jewish identity

Many mistakes here.

I know a few Halleluyahs. Smile The more common form in Israel right now is Halleli.

Respectfully asking how is this pronounced and is it not considered lo taaseh?

Why would it be more of an issue than any other name including a form of shem Hashem? Like Batya, or Eliyahu, or Yehoshua. I'm sure there are dozens more examples that I'm not thinking of.

Is that a Jewish name? It's very common in France among non-Jews, or it was when I was at school.

I've never heard of Tuna as a name. Wouldn't use that.

I heard of a girl named Brochali. I wouldn't use that either for the same reason.
