The whole thing sounds more then bizarre I mean if he really is some one who everyone suspects then a) why is he not trying to hide his identity I mean a red car and red shirt sends a red flag in our neighborhoods head Exclamation

and b) Why doesn't someone just have the guts to ask him what brought him to these neck of the woods or atleast have people check him out. rather then everyone assuming and pressuming but doing nonething actually being done about it Confused

He def. sounds very strange to me... also looks mentally unstable..but he might make himself look like that so ppl will think that s/thing is wrong with him and maybe he hopes noone will suspect him with a/thing bad..
and his garb.. I've yet to see a jewish guy with a red shirt, jeans and a talis... very weird looking...
His license plates are visible on the picture, maybe s/one can check that out....
I wouldn't trust him..

I don't get it if he is a bad person and people have his picture on the internet why couldn't they have arrested him all this time?

He looks like he's on something.
Maybe is in re-hab or something. If people are confronting him but they think he could be dangerous then how come nothing happened to them?
Why didn't they ask what he is up to rather than confront him all angry.
The guy who claims to be a psychiatrist doesn't seem to be helping matters.
I would be seriously worried if he is trying to lure kids in his car.
I don't know why no one reports him for doing that, coz that is already dodgy....oh talking about pedos he does look a bit like Michael Jackson.
