1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp crushed cloves
1/4 tsp ground cardamom
Mix with 8 oz boiling hot water.
Sip slowly. Keep mixing. Drink while hot. Drink the whole thing. (The flavor was extremely strong but totally worth it.) Only meant to be taken once. Forever. Hatzlacha. Good Shabbos. |
Did anyone try this and have success?? I'm desperate to gain my senses back!!

I used a kit from a company called smell therapy. They have a website. I followed the instructions on how to smell the oils and how often etc and got my senses back pretty quickly! They're good quality oils

It's officially done for 4 months. I saw difference by 4 months but it took me 7 months (maybe because I didn't start the therapy right away).

I should have been more specific-how long were you without smell and taste when you stated therapy?

2.5 to 3 months post covid, in 2020. Once I started the therapy, it took me 7 months.

I was ready to do anything and try to save my sense for smell. Saw a lot of docs. Tried oral steroids. Nasal sprays. I did research and this was developed by a doctor who is an otolaryngology professor at Stanford University, years before covid for people who had lost their sense of smell.

I used to be so sensitive in smelling things, these days I have to take a real intake with my nose to smell something really well

Someone on imamother mentioned a lake in USA that they drink the water and it helps to bring back taste and smell. I can't find the thread. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

My husband and I and many others drank the above posted drink and we both got our smell and taste back immediately, as we were drinking it. We did it in the beginning, so I don't know if it will work so many months later but it can't hurt to try. Good luck!
