Just sauté (while still frozen - don't thaw or it becomes soggy) and season.
Sauté with olive oil, crushed garlic, finely diced carrot and thin strips of bamboo shoots (or use sprouts) for some color and texture. Salt and pepper to taste.

Thanks! Im thinking more of a doughless or easy dough knish, filled with mix of potato and broccoli, or next best a mixed veg quiche that freezes well.

I don't know - I wouldn't wrap a yummy healthy veggie in dough.
For a quiche, I'd use larger pieces of broccoli so I could get a taste of the broccoli.
You can definitely sauté the broccoli crumbles and add it to any of your starch side dishes you're making like mashed potatoes for dough knishes.

Saute onions, add diced colored peppers (I used a frozen mix) and riced broccoli. Add finely diced sausage/franks and season with salt, pepper, garlic (generous) and paprika.
