I was walking back from the dentist after my extraction feeling so numb and blown up and searching for pain killers....
oh...I was on one of teh streets and was looking for a pharmacy.... oh so I went into teh elal reservation offices, to seeif they could beof help.
they poor clerke could hardly understand me... I was like, I just had a wisdom tooth extraction, yeah I'm blown up and numb and need pain killer drugs!!!! eventually she understood and toldme where there was a pharmacy close by.
then she goes to me oh I though you wanted to book a ticket!!  I was like, yeah I wish, I'd love to go to london soon, but teh price I paid for my extraction, is the price of a ticket to london

Then give your dentist a referral to the travel agency--he can afford to go now!

I think my dentist should put my kids thru college, considering that's what I did for his.
