What can I do with them?
I saw them at costco(the chai frozen chicken)at at reasonable price, and im intrigued,however I am in the dark as to how to actually prepare them.

how about stuffing them- like with a mushroom rice mix and then spread duck sauce on top and bake.. or just glaze with a nice sweet sauce and bake???

I make them all the time-- butterfly them and make some sort of marinade, and then broil or grill on each side for around 8-10 minutes.
