My sheitel was quite faded, so I decided to dye it yesterday. I've actually done this before successfully. This time I chose a nice, medium brown. Well it dyed my sheitel practically black! So I went back to the store and got some lighter brown dye (which from the picture looked like it would lighten dark hair) and tried it twice, but it didn't really lighten it at all! Now my sheitel actually looks great - shiny and sleek (I guess from all that conditioner), but not my color at all! I don't think giving it to a pro is an option right now. If there is anyone with experience on this, I would love the help please!!!

Leave it by your window for a few days and let the sun do the job.
Do not dye your shaitel another time, it will kill your shaitel.
You can try sqeezing a lemon and comb it through your shaitel b4 going outside.
Just wear it, is the color such a diff? Ppl know it's not your real hair and you may enjoy your new look!
Or is it black instead of blond

NO sun please,
1st what dye did you use
2nd theres a dye remover, its a blue powder you mix it 20 volume developer ( instr are on teh back) put it on and see color come off, then yuo redye it. When you need color 6, you buy light brown ( or ashy brown depends what color is your highlights) and hold it longer, instead of buying medium brown.
Or you can became my customer Im kidding
if you need detailed instr you can pm and I have no problem helping you out.
I dye and redye wigs on the daily basis, so I can help.
