Can I use the "sweet and sour Duck sauce" with cubed meat? And if yes how do I cook or bake it?

Is it stew meat? Because if it is the best way to do it is in a crock pot or a pressure cooker, as it is very tough meat. I make roasts with sweet and sour duck sauce and its always a hit. You only need a few heaping Tbsp. a little water and then pepper and onions and garlic if you like. Sometimes I put potatoes under it and it comes out really good.
