My 5 yr old went to school this morning on the wrong foot.
When he got to school, he didn't want to go to class and went to the principal/director and told her that he doesn't belong in the class he's in. He said that if he was in NY he would be in 1st grade already (not true). She took him to the computer to check his birthday and see if he's in the right class. He was of course, but he was still not satisfied, so she sat him down and gave him work from the 1st grade. She came back a few minutes later and obviously he wasn't able to do it. He said, of course I couldn't do it, you gave me 7th grade work!

BTW, every time I see your posts, I think of Pesach. When I was by my sister, DS (2+) got to know his younger cousin, whose name is Yoel Tzemach. He calls him "Yo' Mama"

I'm assuming you mean the work. I don't know. She told my dh the story, who told me. When ds came home, we asked him about it and he played all innocent, like I don't know what you're talking about.
