D'you mean cooking in beg. of week for the whole week?
Usually, if it works out, cooking meals by me is Monday and Wed. - we cook for 2 days. Sunday is leftover food from Shabbos. Some things that we cook, like rice, tuna patties ... we cook extra and put in freezer for the next week.
Anyone know if a cooked biggish cubes vegetable soup freezes well. Do the cubed potatoes in it freeze well?
And blended vegetable soup?

I freeze blended soups all the time. Regarding cubed vegies and potatoes I think when defrosted they become kind of mushy.

I don't have grandchildren yet, but I don't like it when my kids' grandparents give them unhealthy junk that I would never buy for them. I would go with little gifts.
