Organize the house. Take naps. Print and organize ur photos from the last couple of years.
I don't do anything extra. Easy suppers or takeout. Accept any help I can get. Try for an early bedtime. Shower and then crash into bed hoping and praying for an easier morning.

By imagining how good I will feel when it is done. Also, by reminding myself I have done very difficult things and have what it takes to do it!
Tell me about a place that makes you sigh with pleasure.
Gazing at the Kinneret at sunset when the iridescent colors reflect in the water, and during the morning hours when the water sparkles from the sun's rays.
"Mah Rabu Maasecha Hashem!"
Tell me about how you navigated the shift from the years when you were a busy Mummy with young children, to middle age when your children are teens or married, b'H?
