My kids ask me, how many months does the baby have? I say, have what?? I guess that's the exact translation from spanish to english in asking, how many months is the baby?
My 5 yr old son said to me yesterday as I was trying to calm the baby; why don't you whack him? I said, what, you want me to hit him? He said, no whack him. Finally I figured out he meant rock him!

My DH always says "Give me it" - translating from Hebrew - "Ten li et ze", so now my kids say it and they don't even speak Hebrew! LOL
