Yes! And was pretty good at it if I may say so myself.

Have you ever found an easy parking spot on Ave J or any other major NYC shopping street?

Wow! I was wondering if anyone will answer - yes.
You probably have a good sense of balance.

No, b/c firstly I don't live in the U.S. and secondly I don't drive.

Have you ever volunteered to cook supper for a family whose Mother was after giving birth?

Yes. Many times, as many have done for me for all of my children.

Have you ever discovered you were related to a good friend, after you were already friends?

Let me change it.

Since I am preparing my Shabbos meals, have you ever made a whole dish put in the oven and then realized you left an important ingredient out and the dish was a flop?

I think so, thought I can't think on what right now.

Have you ever put together a piece of furniture by yourself?

No, the men in my family do that. This is interesting. Have you?

Many years ago I was dating someone and the date was such a dud we were both like nope.
On the way home we got so lost it took about 3 hours to find our way back. Both of us "let down our hair" and started to see a different person.
I ended up marring him so I guess it worked out.

Have you ever gone to a Simcha and found out that this was not the one you expected to go to?

No!

Have you ever surprised yourself by managing to achieve something that you thought was an impossible task for you?

Anyone to answer "Rugelech's" excellent question? I'm sure many of you fantastic Imas have achieved the impossible.

And then we can achieve getting this game to continue Wink

Here's a powerful quote that I love. A friend sent it to me:

"Change
Impossible
to
I'm possible!"

Yes. Simple things, like a small bookcase, I think. Here and there I get in a "handy" mood and get a geshmak from doing these things!

Not especially. Just an interest in sometimes getting things done! Or not bothering my husband to put together what I decided was something we needed in the house! Smile

I can't seem to think of anything now, though I'd like to think that I did...

Have you ever completed a puzzle of 2000 pieces or more?

Ok, this is prob not what you were thinking of, but I had major surgery when one of my children was less than 4 months old. I didn't think I'd be able to continue nursing, (honestly, I didn't think I'd be able to take care of him at all!) especially since I was pumping in the hospital (4 or 5 days) and getting less and less each time till I was almost dry. But I ended up nursing him till he was over a year, more than most of my other children! And this was when I could barely sit up in bed on my own, and needed someone to lift him out of the cradle and pass him to me...
Baruch Hashem, it's been 10 years, so I can talk about this happily now!

No. I don't have the patience for these puzzles with so many tiny pieces that look the same.
But I have family members who love doing these jigsaw puzzles, they have it spread out on the dining room table all week and do the puzzle slowly. It's their relaxation.
I do enjoy watching them piece it together until it's completed.

Have you ever played Rummy with yourself? Playing alone and you have 2 stands with numbers, but each stand has its separate turn, like when playing with another person.

No-But I have played with little kids which is like playing by your self because you have to tell them what to do.

Have you ever worked on a craft for about a year?
