True, tzimmer means a room in Yiddish.
It's also a word in Hebrew. It's a small cottage/villa with a jacuzzi and/or swimming pool, grassy area outside with picnic tables and chairs, a bbq. Some have beautiful colored lights outside with swing benches. Owners rent it out usually during vacation time or during the year.
Plural - tzimmerim.
