Oh also don't feel bad It's totally no big deal sometimes I specifically don't answer something because I don't relate to it but technically it's true or false I guess it's false because you know my parents take over the kitchen I rarely do

False. I had delicious cheesecake (made by my daughter) and blintzes (made by me). That was perfect - didn't need any more types.

the obvious - a painkiller
what works for me (not painkillers) lie in bed in a quiet darkened room, try and let your body loose, relax, a damp cloth on forehead can help
