Needs some ideas for Shavuos.
My family doesn't eat pureed soups, and I'm planning to serve chicken soup on Friday night, as usual, but am looking for something a bit more interesting for the other two nights.

How about a chunky vegetable soup or minestrone? Would be helpful to know if this is for a meat or dairy meal.

Split pea veg (also can do pareve or meat)
