I bought the tefillin mirrors from judaica place on ave m...I made my own card to put inside as it was cheaper than them personalizing it. The mirrors were $2 a piece...I did that for the class instead of the mincha maariv that most kids were giving out...
Then as a party favor/decoration for the table I made my own personalized tefillin bag mirrors(got the idea from another tefillin mirror thread)

They werent the centerpiece just an added decoration.
I took a picture of his tefillin bag and made small color copies the size of a small adhesive mirror on amazon. Then connected the copy to the mirror. Then put the mirror in really small ziploc bags so it looked like mini tefillin bags

There is a bentcher type of thing called 'chagei tishrei'. Its super convenient the month of tishrei. It has all the kiddush/bentching/tashlich short tefillos(?) for those yamim tovim.

2x2 bag doesnt work. You will have to buy a little bigger and either cut and tape it or leave it as is...depends how particular you are Smile
