Bar mitzvah party favors

I'm looking for original ideas for party favors for my son's bar mitzvah. He's one of the last kids on his class and I'm bored of the regular light up gadgets, yarmulkas, magnets, etc. Any other ideas?

We did pocket mirrors as the boys use them for Tefillin. The boys loved them. The ladies also thought they were great.

We did garment bags. Very useful. It was years ago and we still use them as do the classmates.
I have no recollection as to where I got them.

I don't know where you live, but I'd start by calling Judaica stores that sell them to see if they can do custom. If you live OOT, you could try Eichler's or Judaica Plaza and see what options they have.

Wait. This is a thing?! My son is one of the first in his class and my step sons did not do this. I ordered benchers. That’s not all they do?

Look for companies that do branding and promotional products. You may be able to order online. It will be way cheaper that way.
A water bottle or thermos is also useful

Like mintgreen said, it really depends on what goes on in your community. If it's not a trend, don't start it.

Not to hijack, but anyone have ideas for a small really cheap favor that is still cute-ish (like maybe 20 cents a piece). Maybe something bought on Ali, I've seen they can personalize hebrew these days...

I would start by calling rushking Promotions. I used them for sons bar mitzvah and they were amazing. really great service its a frum company

We printed cheap cardboard benchers because we did the mirrors. Truthfully one of our close relatives works in the industry so we didn't need to pay but we didn't want to do anything over the top. Also was a very small function
