My nephew is getting upshernished this coming week and I need a gift idea. I want to give him something Jewish themed, I think it's appropriate for this milestone birthday, but if you have an idea that isn't particularly Jewish, I'm still opened to hear. I do not want to give him a kippa or tzizzus, it seems to be too commonly given, he'll end up with 6. Thanks for your advice in advance.

I bought a personalized neggel vasser set for my other nephew a few months ago and I wasn't the only person to buy one. My sister-in-law was good natured about it and said her daughter will just use the other one.

I dont know if your nephew and his family are into computers, but if they are, computer software for a jewish game like aleph bais or something would be unique. and if it's expensive try splitting it with other family members.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. In the end I got him one of those siddurim for small children, gold stamped with his name on it, and an aleph bais board game.
