I am really not familiar with the schools for this age but maybe someone can post about Seminary schools for young ladies that were not accepted to Seminary in Israel. It might help out to have other places to look into. I am sure their year in Seminary can be amazing even in the U.S. .

WITS (maalot) in Baltimore is absolutely amazing.
The menaheles is Rebbetzin Etti Rosenbaum.
They have many well known rabonim and rebbetzins from the community teaching there. It is a warm, stimulating program. Practically prepares girls for married life. The teachers are available to answer questions and are invested in the students.
They have classes that start 8 am all the way throughout the day until 10 pm.
Each girl creates her own schedule and takes the classes/teachers she is interested in.
More of their students are local, but they also have a bunch of girls from out of town that stay with boarding families.

Another bonus is that their program is accredited- she can earn 3 credits per class

My neighbor’s daughter is there this year, don’t know the name though. She really loves it. It seems to be half day seminary and half day working in the school.
My niece is going to Elyon in BP, but I know nothing about it.
