I believe it was discussed here but a year or so ago Raizy Fried posted a vegi split pea soup that you make in a 9x13 in the oven. I remember I made it and it tasted very good but it needed a lot more water. Many people had the same experience as me. Does anyone have the recipe handy and how much more water is needed so I can get it right the first time?
