It says in the instructions that the fastest you can guess the answer is 4 tries. That's because they will basically take your first three guesses and black it out and come up with a word that doesn't contain any of those letter. You can't compare the two games.

absurdle Changes the word so it doesn’t Match your letters. You only win once you’ve used all options with your first words.
Like I had “ound” as my last letters and needed to guess first letter. I could only win once all possible choices were taken “f,m,w,b”. It didn’t matter order I chose. Last possible match is the winner
You can play multiple times a day.

No, it is a rip off copy. The appstore keeps taking them down and they keep popping back up.

Try to use the most common letters in your first two guesses that will give you the best possibility of a better score. Every person gets a different word depending on their guesses.

Five is also my lowest in absurdle... but I don't like it as much as wordle, and I find the fact that you can play infinitely gives me less of a pull to try. Part of the appeal of wordle is that it's a daily thing
