nothing. please don't bash me for not differentiating between a toaster & toaster oven. these aren't major philosphical differences here.

I've never had just a toaster & my mother never had one either. so I've never bothered differentiating. I was planning on buying a pesach taoster myself Very Happy

I have a microwave that for some reason has a toaster on the side- should we call it a micro-toaster Very Happy Really I wanted a pesach toaster to tast my matzah- in case it's not crispy enough Very Happy

you can do that in a toaster oven however if you don't eat gebrochts then be aware that some people don't do it because it brings out the moisture still left inside the matza and the matza sweats.
I would not do it in a regular toaster though because its likely to burn. I think my husband once tried that at a time that was not on pesach and I think it caught fire, or maybe it was something else

"A Little Weary...." I wonder if the OP of this thread actually meant weary, wary, or leery?

Do you want to do it? in the tips on marriage section, sounds uh, like the poster is referring to an aidel, indirect manner of asking her husband ... and wanting to know whether this is halachically okay to say.

I've seen that thread over and over and posted in it, and yet, just about every time I have to pause and remind myself what it's really about embarrassed
