Just checked her imdb page, seems like she wanted to be an actress. For someone who grew up in such a "restricted fundamentalist environment" she sure did know her way around the secular world and was able to act in tv shows and become ceo of a company and a millionaire and whatnot. I wonder why other otd individuals struggle so much when they leave and even need footsteps to help them survive bc she sure does make it look easy.
