We usually buy more or less only Bdatz for Pesach since tehy do not have kitniyot.
Also be careful of
KEMACH MATZOT
and KEMACH LEMATZOT

A big difference. Former is MAtza meal and teh second is flour used for matza - Sefardim use it . (all those wine cookies are made from it, so is Matza Ashira) Ashkenazim do not use KEMATCH LEMATZOT

almost all cakes/cookies with a Sfardi hechser are not OK for Ashkenazim.

And Matsa Ashira is accepted by most ashkenazim to be used on Erev Pesach for lechem mishne before then end of chametz eating . But check with your LOR. It is not chametz - so you dont have to go and eat it outside. But you do have to eat quite a good amount in order to bench on it.

about hechsherim, whatever is in a store that we go to we use. I actually was going to go to efrat to check it out too. if you do go let me know if they have. thank you so much:)

No - there is no aleph in talpiot.
Beitar is the nearest I think.

There is a Shefa shuk in Talpiot . I am not too impressed with it.

Patit have two types (super in Efrat) One with walnut oil at 19sh and one with coconut oil at about 10sh

So sheaper and unhealth or expensive and more healthy- take your pick

I chose the 3rd kind with kitniyot Mr. Green
