DH is moving his business out of the house & has leased a store-type place (not for walk-ins). What can I get him?

I bought my dh a mini water fountain for his office--the kind that makes trickling water sounds (about $10 in a variety store, but I knew he wanted one.) Another gift he got is a mousepad with a picture of the kids on it.
How about a new chair or an attachment for a chair that supports his back or massages him if he sits a lot? Or a telephone headset or different phone if he's on the phone a lot? Something to make his work that much more enjoyable or easy.

Amitalmaia - your water idea gave me the idea to get him a water machine (he drinks a lot of water) & a coffee maker (he only drinks 1 or 2 but he won't need to go to the store to buy one).

I looked into a water cooler but he'll have to pay every month so that's not a present. I decide on a mini fridge so he can keep sodas, froze fruits, water bottles, lunch in there.
