Thank you!
simcha catering who caters for Bnos Bracha's hall recommended that place but she said its smaller. While Bnos Bracha can seat 200, they can seat 130. That should work for me just wondering if it feels small there...

Which caterer do people use at Bnos Devora? Do you know price range of hall?

Yoni cousine caters at Bnos Devorah and khal bnei Torah. He has a fantastic price that includes dishes and waiters. He is only slightly more then simcha.

Simcha and Yoni have the best priced bar mitzvah packages.

Esther Gerber hall can fit that number with space for dancing. But it’s not so cheap and parking is a pain.

Call Yonis direct.
They will take charge of confirming with the hall.
Ask them what specials they run.
I made a bar mitzvah recently and they told me that they have a cycle of specials. Free upgraded main course, free upgraded appetizer, that kind of thing.
If I remember it includes the hall, mechitza, tables, chairs, tablecloths- you have a choice of colors, Simcha challa, drinks, real silverware and glasses, challa and pickles, appetizer, soup, main, and dessert.
You can pay a bit extra for China plates.
You pay for waiters and mashgiach also.

Call Yoni.
I found bec they include waiters in their pkg the price might seem high.
If price comparing to other caterers make sure you compare to price with waiters bec that can be huge additional expense.

the $28 included stemware (choice of clear, gold or black) and silverware. the paper was Hard white plastic (4got the brand, something with an L)
it wouldve been an extra $2-$3 per person to do china. it looked very elegant with stemware and silverware, I had no regrets that I didn't do china
