For younger kids, Target.com has sets with button down shirts, khakis or navy or black pants, sweater vests in the winter, I've even picked up a few blazers. My kids are both boys, and in the 3T and under crowd, so I know it works for that...

gap, old navy, childrens place and gymboree all have cute stuff and it's all on sale because easter is over
