This is pretty good so I'll give it to you.
(It says Betzalel and Oholiav , and every man that is a chacham lev, that H' gave chochma and tevuna to...)

But the person I am talking about is called a navon vechacham.
"Ain Navon vechochom kamocha"

Here's a riddle I came across this Shabbos:

Who am I???
Most of the times, by my profession I'm titled,
Yet once, to be called like the father of all neviim, I was entitled.
I made many regulations and I returned the crown to its old glory,
I was counted among the four tzadikim in the dictatory.
I was commanded to test Hashem's servants on the pertinent laws,
I merited to teach for many, many generations, Torah and it's bylaws.
Who am I?

this is my guess

רבי (רבי יהודה הנשיא)

OK. So we had several guesses for this. To be honest, I don't know the answer. My guess is as good as yours. I took it off a sheet I found on Shabbos, that didn't have the answer.

My guess is Ezra HaSofer.

Here is my explanation:

I don't know what it means that he was the father of neviim.

But I think the rest of it fits him.
His proffession- he was known as a sofer.

We know that the Anshei kneses hagedola "returned the crown to its glory" , and Ezra was the head of the Anshei kneses Hagedola.

I would imagine that the dictatory refers to the passing down of the oral Torah.
The mishna says "moshe mesoruha leYehoshua, Yehoshua lezekeinim, zekeinim l'Neviim, Neviim l'Anshei Kneses hagedola. "

He instituted many takanos that are called Takanos Ezra, maybe that is what they mean when they write "I made many regulations."

I could be wrong. Not all of it fits. But I think it fits better than Rebbi..

OK...
This person wrote a dictionary of root words named the Machberes. He believed that root words can have two letters.

B.chadash, if you're interested in shorashim, etc. You should check out rabbi reuven chaim Klein, who wrote a few books.
He has weekly emails about various words in tanach and the connections between them, and differences between words with seemingly similar meanings.
I used to read them. It can be fascinating.
