ETA the passuk is clear he WASN'T part of Korach Vadaso

Um. I didn't check, but to the best of my memory, he was from the Maapilim. I think Rabbi Akiva says that?

I only remember it because the second answer actually fits in very well with the story of the Bnos Tzelafchad. The Ma'apilim showed a love for Eretz Yisroel by leaving the camp and forcing their way to go to EY. They were wrong, but it came from a strong desire to show Hashem that they were not ready to wait 40 years to go to EY. The daughters of Tzelafchad also were known to love the land, Rashi says that about them. So it makes sense that they got their love from their father (and before him from Yosef who was their ancestor.)

This just occurred to me now as I was typing this, but I remember learning that the Bnos Tzelafchad were older singles at the time of "lama nigara" . They were in their 40s.
If their father died 40 years earlier, it makes sense, that they couldn't find a good shidduch and now they were in their 40s. (Don't quote me on this, I don't know if anyone says this, I just made it up. But I think it works.)

the שלחן ערוך הרב also says not to say the shem, so by saying in שמע קולנו it solves that.

But you are right according to the Gemara and basic halacha, it is a tefilla that should be said only once on the way.

"A butcher, a baker, and a candlestick maker."

3 separate people from Tanach. (You can be a little creative with these.)

Referred to as vinegar: king chizkiyahu Ben achaz was referred to as "yayin Ben chometz" wine the son of vinegar so his father achaz is vinegar

Naval, first husband of Avigail wife of Dovid Hamelech

ETA: I just checked this up, and I don't think this is correct - it says "v'ha'ish gadol me'od" but this seems to be describing his wealth, not his size.

I grew up knowing that it's l'chatchila to say in shmoneh esra. Didn't know that the gemara and shulchan aruch say the opposite until now. Thank you.
