I'm sorry. I meant to answer. I have to ask my husband. Because I was looking off a riddle questionnaire and the answer seems off.
It says Arba Minim. Because only the first day is deoraysa except in the BHMK- all 7 days are. Outside the BHMK the other 6 days are derabbanan.
But it doesn't say any machlokes.
I belive there is a machlokes if it is a deoraisa when performed at the kosel today.
Firstly, Rav Tzadok fasted for 40 years, I think? Also, he sucked the juice of a fig each evening. So its not like he continuously fasted for years. he would not have survived.
Which reminds me of another riddle. Who fasted for 40 days in a row?

Cool.
But I'm pretty positive that during the BHMK they would do Arba Minim even on Shabbos if that was the first day.
They don't do that nowadays, even at the Kosel.
I don't think anyone blows on Shabbos today, but there have been some great people over the years who have tried to institute it, even fairly recently.

Moshe Rabbeinu.
But he actually fasted for 40 days times 3, with a day break in between.
Who was blind?
Who was deaf?
Who was lame?
Who had only one eye?
Yitzchok was blind. (Or very vision impaired)
Chushim Ben Dan was deaf (or very hearing impaired)
Yaakov was lame after the Malach touched him.
Bilaam only had 1 eye.
I thought he woke up, saw his friends and peers were gone and was so despondent that he davened to die. I assumed that he did die.
I think that's what happened. But he didn't ask to die immediately. First he tried to acclimate to the new world. After a few years of loneliness, he asked to go.

Good!
I was thinking of another individual who was lame.
