When does it happen that we recite the longest birchas hamazon possible?

On Shabbos Chanuka when it falls out on Rosh Chodesh. We say Al hannisim, retzei and yaaleh veyavo. No skipping!

You have to qualify that you're talking Chutz L'aretz. Because in EY, you only say Al achilas matza, Al achilas maror, and gaal Yisroel on Pesach once a year.

Correct. The questions are for chutz le'aretz.

Ok. here are a few easy ones:
1. who was the first shadchan in the Torah?
2. which mother did a bris mila on her son?
3. who in the Torah used a silver becher (cup)?

And two that are a bit trickier:
1. which tefila is never recited in shul?
2. when can a person daven 6 tefilos in 24 hours?

1. correct! (though I would argue that perhaps Hashem was the first shadchan in introducing Chava to Adam.)
2. This is partially correct.
The mincha of erev Yom Kippur would not be in the same 24 hour period as Ne'ila.
