I'm looking for 1 or 2 ideas easy yet pretty things to send for a kiddush or shalom zachor. I always want to send but struggle with good ideas. What's the perfect go-to?

So I’ve done mini cupcakes, with pink/blue frosting and sprinkles, but I’ve found it to be very time consuming. I also tried mini layered mousse cups. I would love an idea of something homemade that looks presentable, but is easy to throw together. Baking is really not my strong point, but I don’t want to be the person who doesn’t send anything.

Do you have a good (and easy) recipe for peanut chews?

Chocolate bark. Melt chocolate. Mix with craisins and almonds. Let it solidify on a baking sheet and break into pieces. For bonus points mix white chocolate with a drop of red or blue food coloring and drizzle over it

A friend of mine sent in a bought cake (mid range fancy) when we made s.zachor. I was very touched. We put out and then froze and used for dessert the following shabbos.
Not everyone likes to bake, or has time , but she was a part of our simcha nonetheless.
You can also send balloons, a liqueur for a kiddish (case of beer for s.zachor) or if you really wanna send home made, choc crunchies are easy, foolproof and always yummy and moreish!

Homemade jerky, or a charcuterie platter if you’re willing to spend.

For my grandson's shalom zachor this summer, there were 10 people who sent peanut chews (store bought), 6 who sent biscotti, 4 who sent chocolate chip cookies, and the rest was varied.
One tzadeikes sent a beautiful fruit cup to DD, saying in a cute poem, "dear new mom, this is especially for you". It was much appreciated.

You can always make an easy, yummy bunt cake.
I have a chocolate mold tray in the shape of mini straws. I often send for a kiddush or shalom zochor a tray of shot glasses with pink or blue candies with a coordinating pink or blue straw sticking out. So easy and so cute!
