Yes - crazy! But also beautiful davening and spirited dancing.

Tell me about something you remember from your childhood that you wish you could experience again.

My best memories are of camp and my grandparents. Wish my kids could have grandparents in their lives but we only have one living parent who lives far away and isn't very well emotionally.

What is the best memory you have of a grandparent?

It was a game my grandpa a"h used to play called "don't fall" he'd pick us up and hold us then say "don't fall" and drop us a little then catch us and then again "don't fall" a little drop and so on till we were back on the floor. It was so much fun

Tell me about something you do (or want to do ) for your children than your parents did

Not much, but I'd want to take my kids on nice vacations like Miami and Eretz Yisrael, and send them to camp.

Tell me about your next door neighbor.

Our next door neighbor and her family ke'h, is what I call a bracha Gift from Hashem to us.
They're so nice and pleasant , well mannered, and if we need a favor from them they make us feel that we're doing them a favor. Baruch Hashem.

Tell me about what you do if u go out on Shabbos and u suddenly realize that there's something in your pocket, in other words - you're carrying something, and that thing is of value?

In America that would be called repair.

Mending would be sewing or mending broken heart

Ah dank, "dankbar," for taking the time to explain.
Re the story: Thanks. I deleted it b/c I was afraid it would be taken in the wrong concept and I might unwillingly hurt someone, c"v.

I'm changing my question -

Tell me about something one of your children did that gave you nachas - made you proud of your child.

Years ago I was driving carpool, with my daughter and her friends, all of whom were in 3rd or 4th grade. I don't remember how the conversation started, but one of the girls said (seriously) "My mother doesn't love me." My daughter told her, "I'm sure your mother loves you. Maybe she doesn't tell you in words, but you can try to feel it in what she does." Was I ever proud of her!!

Tell me about something that comforts you.

Wow! That's so intelligent and perceptive for a 3rd/4th grader! It's really something to be proud of.
Looks like she's going in her Mummy's footsteps.

Having an open conversation with Hashem, as if, kivyachol, I were talking to a tangible person.
I have Rav Shimshon Pincus ztz"l to thank for this. Years ago when cassettes were still in fashion, I bought one of his tapes - "How to feel that Hashem is Real."
I kept on re-hearing the tape countless times. I still have it. It helped me and inspired me to talk to Hashem directly. Zechuso Yagen Aleinu.

Tell me about how you get acquainted and friendly with new people.
