Since nobody else is going to do it for you…

This is the congratulate yourself thread !

πŸ₯‚πŸ₯‚πŸ₯‚πŸ…πŸ…πŸ…πŸŽ—πŸŽ—πŸŽ—

You did it!

It was a tough YT season and I know we are all completely cooked out and wiped out and can’t even think of stepping into the kitchen again (before you’ve even finished washing the Shabbos dishes).

But you made it!

πŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ’ͺ🏿🌺🌺🌺⚑️⚑️⚑️🌈🌈🌈

What do you want to congratulate yourself for today?

Congrats!

I made peace with the fact that second days is going to be super simple because I am not killing myself to go shopping and cook more. One main from the freezer, one vegetable side. Store bought challah. Cake from the freezer. Chag Sameach

Let's talk at the end of the week. Make that, after shabbos beraishis.

But, bh, so far so good. So there's a good chance we'll make it all the way.

Yep!
We are travelling and bringing our own food, so keeping it super simple.

Congratulate yourself for doing that and not overworking.

Worked every erev yom tov and chol hamoed day this season, and managed to cook all the food myself without burdening my kids. πŸ₯ΌπŸ‘©πŸ»β€βš•οΈπŸ©Ί

I took off Friday after YK for a doctors appt, and erev sukkos woke up with sniffles and sore throat so I had to call off that day too.
But I’m working tomorrow half day and really praying my husband manages to pack up the car himself and we don’t hit traffic. 🚘

I've been away with my littles. Even though I only help minimally with food production and cleaning, it's been way harder than day-to-day life at my own house, and more sleep-deprived too. So congratulations to me for all that important Mommying.

Yes, I find being in other ppl's houses for YT with little kids to be stressful even if you're not cooking. Always worrying about the kids destroying something or being judged for your parenting skills. Not having everything you need easily accessible.

You definitely deserve those congrats!
