What do you do to decrease feeling tired, when u know that you cannot go back to sleep?
eg. like showering or splashing face with water.

Morning: coffee or tea with milk.
Rest of day: mainly water. Sometimes tarkiz mixed with water if I need s/thing sweet or grape juice (kiddush one) diluted with water.
Dr. Eli Schussheim zt'l: for those who didn't know him he was a brilliant frum doctor, lived in Eretz Yisrael. He was the private doctor of most of the Rebbes. Was niftar unfortunately about 2 monts ago.
Anyway, he told me that for a sweetened drink kiddush grape juice is the best b/c it has natural sweeteners and also has something it that gives strength.
What's your favorite: meat, chicken, turkey or fish?

I work from home so homemade.
When I used to work as a sec'y in a shop I also took along homemade.
It can work out very expensive in the long run to buy breakfast and lunch every day.
Please note: this is my opinion b/c it wouldn't fit into our budget to buy.
Everyone else is entitled to do as they wish, and the main thing, whether you bring homemade or buy, enjoy your food. Betayavon Labri'ut
