Hey-
Any ideas for a cold fish for shabbos lunch?
Tired of the standard teriyaki salmon/ honey mustard salmon/ salmon in dill sauce.
Looking for something new. I also usually like to pre-plate my fish with an accompaniment, like either guacamole or salad. So an alternative to those would also be welcome.
Getting tired of my usual rotation. I like food that is fresh and healthy(ish). Easy to prep is a bonus.

I make salmon fish sticks for a week night dinner and my kids love it. It could be a very nice fish course for shabbos too.

3 different colors of mini gefilta fish slices is very nice and delicious. Freunds has 3 colors mini gefilta fish rolls.

All salmon is great at room temperature (instead of cold). Take out the pan from the fridge 1 - 1.5 hours before the meal, and let it sit on the counter.
You can drizzle on pesto before serving.
Top with a al dente sautéed salsa/relish (green zucchini, yellow summer squash and red cherry tomato).
Top with everything bagel spice and bake.
Lemon garlic.
Smear with dressing and dip in cornflake crumbs.
Anything really.

Salmon is extremely fragile. It spoils really quickly. You’re already talking about day-old salmon (it was baked on Friday). I wouldn’t think it’s safe to leave it out for that long. I always take fish out right before eating.
Millennial kosher has a delicious Moroccan Gefilte fish recipe. Tastes great cold, too.
You basically make patties out of the Gfish rolls, fry them, and make a yummy morrocan sauce with chickpeas, peppers, garlic, and carrots.
Just made it this past shabbos, got so many compliments!! It’s delicious!
