We bring home the free New Jersey Jewish link but it it's a newspaper I don't know much about it I don't specifically read Jewish on shabbos. In fact I usually save all readings for shopping in general
Tell me about something that you came across that did not make any logical sense to you

Tell me about the job of moderator of a Forum on I/m?
I started out as one forum moderator. And that was just letting ppl join a private forum.
Now it's looking at reports and deciding if it has merit. Then taking action as I think appropriate. Which is why you will see things cleared with no change. Bc a moderators didn't think it was an issue.
Tell me about a time you had to moderate a disagreement

Not me. If I can, I stay far away from disagreements, machlokes, fights... don't wanna get involved.
My husband is good at breaking up these things - he's very diplomatic and has a way of speaking ke'h. He's also perceptive in knowing when to speak and when to stay quiet. He also usually stays away from these things but sometimes has to intervene amongst the workers over whom he is supervisor.
I'm actually very happy at the job I am. Which is odd because I didn't think I'd be. So my advice is try things because you never know. But if I was going to choose something else I would want to write fiction with my best friend
Tell me about a small action that had a big consequence.

A few years ago I spent a few days with an old friend in the US. While I was there I told her about our life in Israel, how happy we are here, and how it is the best place to raise the next generation of Jews. She and her family ended up making Aliyah!
Tell me about a dream of yours that you really hope will come true.

That this year Tisha B'Av turns into a Yom Tov!!! I mean it sincerely. BE'H.
Tell me about what you do Tisha B'Av night? eg. do you tell your children about the Churban Beis Hamikdash?
I don't know much having never had to train anyone .. but from what I gather:
- don't force a kid if they aren't ready
- this is maybe the only time peer pressure is a good thing
- positive encouragement works better than negative
- there are lots of different methods, and some ppl will put a training session together for you. I actually know don't who does this as a job
My best friend is the best. She's 6' and gorgeous. More important she's kind hearted and sweet. Compassionate and understanding. Validating and also goes mama bear on my behalf. I met her online bc of Harry Potter ... She came into my life right when my divorcee was happening. She helped me keep faith in god bc bc of her faith. and I miss her so much bc stupid pandemic.
Tell me about your last argument with a friend? (I have alot to say 😲)
I try very hard to not let things storm into an argument.
So, I'll call it my recent "hump" with a good friend of mine, wherein I told her in a nice but firm manner about certain habits she has that I find intrusive in my privacy, and she should stop.
I'm glad she understood and took it the right way. And since then she is more careful.
And we continue to be good friends, b'H.
Tell me about how you arrange the seating at the Shabbos table if you have teenage daughters and you're having like 8+ bochurim or men over for the Shabbos seudas?
Or do the female members of your family eat in the kitchen?
I would do men in the dining room and ladies in the kitchen
Tell me about your family
I don't live in the same country as my family. I, sometimes find that hard. I miss my mother very much. B'H, ke'h, my family is warm and caring and concerned for each other.
Tell me about any stunts u cld do when u were young?
