Seltzer is water with gas.
Soda is colored liquid with gas.
Flavored seltzer is still seltzer but with a subtle fruity taste.

I drink flavored seltzer with zero sugar just sweetener.
Juice has lots of sugar so try to avoid

Ideally I would choose my own produce, but it’s much easier for me to order, even if that means I can’t rely on all of the produce being great
