I don't have one favorite song.
Here are several favorites that come to my mind:
- A Yid - Benny Friedman
- Vezakeinu (Bonei Olam) Benny Friedman

- Yiddish songs - Motti Illowitz
- Yiddish songs - Avrum Mordche Schwartz (he has some really heart-touching beautiful ones)

- Yesimcha Elokim - duet Naftali Kempe (composer) and Shloimy Gertner
- Oldie, but still beautiful - Neshomo, Vi Bisti? - Shimshy Neiman
- Oldie, but really beautiful - Eishes Chayil - Dudi Kalisch duet Ari Hill
- My family very much enjoy Leiby Weider's singing. Has a beautiful heartfelt voice. Hasn't produced albums, sings Singles and is or was a part of Yedidim choir headed by Yanky Orlansky. I thinks he's
more known for his excellent acting in the "Interen" and "Iberen" Yiddish plays.

This game has been derailed somewhat, so I am going to answer the above question and then restore it to its original definition. Not a personal question, but a category, which the next person playing decides which example she wants to use to fit it.
As I light Shabbos candles, making the transition into Shabbos Kodesh, is the most meaningful to me. I stand in Tefillah and really pour my heart out to Hashem.
