Does anyone have a recipe for parve ice cream, maybe using coconut cream, without raw eggs? I can't seem to find such a thing but can't have raw eggs.

16 oz. Whip topping
8 oz. Coffee creamer/soy milk/ Rice Dream
1 instant vanilla or chocolate pudding.

Beat the whip, add the rest, mix well and freeze

Thanks a lot! I'm going to try it. Do you think it would work with coconut cream?
Sorbet won't work b/c I'm making the ice cream for a different recipe (recipe within a recipe Smile
Thanks though!

1 8oz whipped whip
1 box of marshmallow fluff
1 bag of frozen strawberries
Blend strawberries and fluff. Whip the whip. Fold gently together. I usually pour into Graham cracker pie crust.
You can decorate with whip to make it more fancy but not necessary.
Freeze.

you can also pasturize eggs yourself for ice cream. I've done it. Basically you heat the eggs in water that has been heated to 140-- which is hot enough to kill bacteria, but not hot enough to cook the eggs.

If you have access to Kleins kosher ice cream I believe their pareve ice cream may be vegan. Double check though.

Try any custard ice cream but use pareve creamer or coconut cream and almond milk or coconut milk. It does have eggs, which gives it a much richer texture, but they are cooked in the recipe.
