My friend has a fall from them and seems happy with it and it looks nice. She got married not too long ago so no idea how long its going to last.

I have a fall from then that didn’t last even a year. The hair got terribly knotty even with deep conditioning and the netting ripped. It could’ve been a one off experience at the sale but I would be careful.

Ralphs are not a new name in sheitels, they’ve been around for a long time and were considered extremely high end! I don’t know anything about them currently though. Are they still $6K and up?

My mother got one that was a total lemon she's still fighting them to give it back and get a refund. I would steer clear. Not at all comparable to a Sary.

Bump - Ralph is having pop-up sales in Brooklyn tonight and tomorrow. I know that it's not the same as the original famous Ralph. But any more recent experiences or data points about the quality of the wigs sold at these sales - how they hold up, and the customer service in standing behind them if there are issues?

A friend of mine bought one at the sale last year and brought it to me to help her with. Not great quality imo.

I bought a Ralph at a pop up sale over the summer and love it!
It is great quality, the customer service is really good and it has a year warranty. I had one problem with some broken hairs I sent it back to them and they repaired it quickly.
I would say it’s definitely worth looking at.
(I can’t say how it holds up over a long time but mine is still in great condition)

Very unhappy. Hair quality for my be sheitel I got is terrible. (Whoever had that hair she never have donated their hair) gets so thick and doesn’t hold a style.
Also doesn’t sit flat because they have a huge BH sewn into the top of the cap. In huge letters and thick stiching. I barely wore it , and I am very unhappy the hair quality is terrible not sleek or smooth just thick and can’t hold a style.
