Im ISO an open mikva for a man now that will let a chasidishe man (masked) in. Has an ID on if helps. I don't know the area - maybe for safety some shuls allow only members - His wife is at manmoth and she is having labor complications . I am closely related and I was told by an elder caring person of the family he should leave her and go to a mikva if its local. Can you please help if you know? Here is what I found for minyonim:
